Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, using our services, or creating an account with JBee Courier & Fulfilment Center (“JBee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
JBee provides two primary categories of services:

  • Courier Services: The transportation and delivery of individual parcels and packages.

  • Fulfilment Services: Integrated services including inventory storage, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns management for businesses.

2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. JBee is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, customs, carrier delays, incorrect address).

  • Address Accuracy: The sender is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. JBee is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the sender.

  • Proof of Delivery: A signature or a photo at the delivery location serves as proof of delivery. For fulfilment customers, this data is available in your dashboard.

4. Fulfilment Services Specific Terms

  • Inventory: You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of inventory sent to our fulfilment centers. We will conduct a basic receiving count, but the final count will be considered accurate unless a discrepancy is reported within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Storage Fees: Fees are calculated based on the volume of space your inventory occupies. We reserve the right to dispose of inventory that has been abandoned or for which storage fees have not been paid for over 90 days.

  • Order Execution: We will fulfil orders based on the instructions received through our integrated platform. JBee is not liable for errors in fulfilment resulting from incorrect data provided by you or your systems.

5. Prohibited Items
You are prohibited from shipping any hazardous, illegal, or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Flammable liquids and gases

  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition

  • Illegal drugs and narcotics

  • Perishable goods requiring refrigeration (unless by prior agreement)

  • Cash, currency, and precious stones
    A full list is available upon request. Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and liability for all resulting damages.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • Limited Liability: JBee’s liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the lesser of (a) the actual proven cost of the goods lost or damaged, or (b) the amount covered by the carrier’s insurance for that shipment.

  • Indirect Damages: In no event shall JBee be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from the use of our services.

  • Claims: Any claim for loss or damage must be filed in writing with JBee customer support within 30 days of the shipment date.

7. Pricing and Billing

  • Quotes: Service quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is as outlined in your service agreement or as per the current rates on our website.

  • Billing Cycle: Fulfilment services are billed monthly. Courier services are billed per shipment.

  • Late Payments: Accounts with balances overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to service suspension and/or interest charges of 1.5% per month.

8. Returns and Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: JBee will assist in investigating packages deemed lost by the carrier and will file a claim on your behalf. Compensation is subject to the carrier’s terms and the “Liability” section above.

  • Returns: For fulfilment customers, our returns processing service is subject to a separate fee. We inspect returns and update your inventory accordingly.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for all charges incurred and for arranging the removal or disposal of your inventory from our warehouse.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
JBee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
